I’ve served as Director of Early Childhood Programs at Austin Montessori School, where I lead a team of 33 faculty members and support more than 250 children across two campuses.

I hold AMI diplomas in both Assistants to Infancy (0–3) and Primary (3–6+), along with certifications in Positive Discipline, Montessori Coaching, HeartMath, and yoga. My greatest joy is helping adults—whether educators or parents—support children as integrated, capable individuals.

For over 25 years, I’ve supported families, educators, and school leaders in transforming their practices through respect, empathy, and conscious leadership.
